About me

I received my Ph.D. in December 2023 from the University of California, Berkeley, in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences. I was advised by Professor Shankar Sastry in the Berkeley AI Research Lab. Please call me Frank. My research involves the development of mathematical models to characterize multi-agent human-machine and machine-machine interactions, with a particular focus on applications in modern and next-generation transportation systems. My work applies mathematical tools in game theory, mechanism design, control theory, and dynamical systems theory to address pressing problems in traffic control, multi-agent path planning, and other engineering applications.
